Increase loads by 1 or 2 across the board

Right now some classes start with more gear then they can carry.

Alternate solution - we use Strength score + class-inherent modifier to determine load.

Adam's suggested solution is the way we did it.

Strength+class modifier is a huge bump, which might make Encumbrance irrelevant.
Assuming the Fighter puts a 17 in Strength:
Fighter's Load old: 5+STR = 7
Fighter's Load new: 6+Strength = 23
Assuming the Wizard puts a 9 in Strength:
Wizard's Load old: 5+STR = 5
Wizard's Load new: Strength = 9
