Invalid Decimal Line 95

Unable to get he plugin working with Cura 5.4 or 5.5 . Tried fresh installs with no other plugins,also tried playing around with the line formatting for 95 too see if it was just invalid character type

Was a file permission issue, was getting attributed a -ro flag (read-only) for some reason, and throwing a very misleading error message.
