[EDA] 'Fax Opt Out' Should Change with Do Not Contact

• What is the current behavior?
  Currently only 'HasOptedOutOfEmail' and 'DoNotCall' are set/reset when a Contact is 'Deceased' or 'Do Not Contact' is set to true.

• What is the expected behavior?
  Changing whether or not a contact is "Do Not Contact" should change whether or not it is "Fax Opt Out". Marking the Contact as deceased should also mark 'Fax Opt Out' to TRUE.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

• When I create a contact that is marked as deceased, the contact is also automatically marked as follows:

  • 'Fax Opt Out'

• When I create a contact that is marked as Do Not Contact, the contact is also automatically as follows:

  • 'Fax Opt Out'

• When I update a contact that to change whether or not it is deceased, the following fields are synched:
  *'Fax Opt Out'

• When I update a contact to change whether or not it is marked as Do Not Contact, the following fields are synched:

  • 'Fax Opt Out'
