Some of my feeds require individual config e.g. renaming, refresh intervals, auto-cleanup.
Currently, PodFetch offers this on a global level. It would be really helpful to be able to do have a global config but then override the options on a feed level.
This would also really help to be able to see which of the options differ from the global and possibly have an option to "reset to global".
