Description
I have put my phone to download mode, connected my phone to my computer, started sudo ./TheAirBlow.Thor.Shell
, connected to the device (GT-I9100 Phone [Galaxy S II] (Download mode) (ID 001:011)
) and run begin odin
. The output of the last command is:
[12:05:42 INF] Unknown2 is not zero: 80
[12:05:42 INF] Please contact me (TheAirBlow) about this in XDA DMs!
[12:05:42 INF] If you would cooperate, we could uncover hidden features!
Successfully began an Odin session!
As the log ask me to share with you this, I created this issue. I didn’t want to use XDA; I hope you won’t mind. 😉
Reproduction
- Put the phone into download mode.
- Connect to phone to the computer.
- Start
sudo ./TheAirBlow.Thor.Shell
. - Run
connect
. - Run
begin odin
.
Expected behaviour
I have no idea what should I expect, however, the output has some info logs which (I presume) should not be there. 😉
Hardware and software
- OS of the computer used: Fedora 38
Additional context
n/a
It's Unknown2, which is to my knowledge the "revision".
It being 80 is something quite common - I've been reported that multiple times already. If you can, please send the aboot.mbn or whatever the bootloader image file is for your phone's firmware.
However, I do not have the time to work on Thor as I switched my interest to a different project of mine, so do not expect me to continue for a while.
same on galaxy a50, fedora silverblue with arch ditrobox
how to get aboot.mbn?
