Generating SECRET

Can anyone provide me assistance in generating the secret for password for authentication in the dashboard and api. I have tried a few times without success.

I believe that am with both of you. I cannot find what the default username is suppose to be. I do get some residual effect from entering in my password. It acts as if it starts to load the page, then reopens the login prompt.
Are we suppose to be using our twilio account login credentials on this or something else?
I believe that exporting the 'secret' is working but as for what the username should be I am clueless. #26
