Describe the bug
When I start the Prime Video (Amazon VOD) addon, it pulls up an error dialogue:
Title: "PrimeVideo error"
Content: "Unable to find the navigation menu for https://www.primevideo.com"
After selecting OK, everything hangs ("waiting symbol" displayed) for a few minutes. I press escape a few times, but I'm not sure if that helps :-) Then everything is back to normal; it drops me off in the Video library.
I’m getting the same trying to use the addon to access Prime Video in Germany. Just that it says “amazon.de“ instead of “primevideo.com” in the error message.
I am having the same issue with Kodi 20.3 and 1.0.3 since today - although I was not using it since last weekend when it worked without issues. I am also using it in Germany on a RPi4 with a custom OS.
@KingNothing81 @anyc your issues are related to #721
I also switched to "android" as data source and it works again. Thank you @Sandmann79 !
Does the android source have any downside? I guess it is more "stable" to stay compatible with older android devices.
on windows everyting okey thanks

@bmentink it's been a while, but is the issue still there?
If so, please log in to the addon again using at least version 1.0.7.

Hi, I have this issue with 1.0.9+matrix.1
Account Germany, watching in Germany.
No proxy.
With data source 'android' it works.
I'm also experiencing the same issue on Prime UK. Android data stream also works for me.
Same Prime Austria.
Platform: CoreELEC (Kodi) am Odroid N2+ G4 CoreELEC 21.0-Omega
I had the same problem again. Logging out and back in did not help.
But I updated from LibreElec 11.0.6 (VOD plugin 1.0.9 IIRC) to LibreElec 12.0 (VOD 1.1.2) and then it worked again.
