Special Transport jobs not logging properly

Special Transport jobs are not logging the company names from source and destination cities. This is an ETCars issue and need to approach josh for a fix to this.

Response: Limitation from SDK.
Workaround: Replace Company name with "Special Transport Job" text to outline limitation but still add km to user jobs and vtc. Update logging.js to add exception for no company name and replace with Special Transport.
