Build Triggers not firing

Description
In https://github.com/Santandersecurityresearch/DrHeader/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yml there is a build configuration. It should be run when the a new release tag gets created but it doesn't seem to be happening. This needs investigating and fixing.

for now i have removed the release trigger from this repo , i'm going to diagnose it elsewhere then reintroduce it when it works. There will be a new ticket at that point

the release trigger is now working
