task(improvement): chat modal improvements

1 - making the close button aligned to the chats modal
2 - making the padding in bottom to be the same as the one in the top
3 - making the name aligned to the avatar
4 - making the checkbox centered to the avatar
5 - making a less bit padding between chats in the list
