bug(groups): when remote user renames group, change is not displayed for local user if group settings is open

On MacOS
Prerequisites:
- Two user accounts (UserA and UserB)
- UserA and UserB are friends
- With UserA, create a group chat with UserB
- With UserA, go to Group Settings grant permissions to allow anyone to rename group, but do not close Group Settings Modal
- With UserB, rename the group chat
- With UserB, new name is displayed correctly on sidebar and on top
Actual Result: With UserA, new name is only displayed correctly on sidebar. Until UserA closes the Group Settings modal, the new name is displayed on top
Expected Result: With UserA, new name should be displayed on sidebar and on top, regardless if UserA has Group Settings open or closed
Note: If UserA closes Group Settings Modal before UserB renames the group the issue will not happen
