Foreshocks Across The Heliosphere: System Specific Or Universal Physical Processes? ISSI Team led by H. Hietala (UK) & F. Plaschke (AT)
For the Python scripts you need to install anaconda with jupyter and some other libraries. To do so, install anaconda and run Anaconda Prompt Terminal. From there create an environment and update the packages via the following code:
conda create -n ISSI_465 spyder matplotlib seaborn scikit-learn pandas scipy
conda activate ISSI_465
conda install -c conda-forge notebook
conda install -c conda-forge jupyterlab
Furthermore, for the usage of the examples in the notebook folder, two more packages are needed. Python library that allows the usage of MATLAB kernel in jupyter notebooks available here: link
Then we also use the irfu-matlab package available at is available at irfu. After installing it one can simply add the library to MATLAB's path and run:
irfu
