Status indicator that a user is fully authenticated and subscribed

Should add a way to note in the browser that a user is already subscribed. Trying to subscribe to the same webhook is a no-op, it looks like, but that doesn't help the user at all.

Adding a call to query for the user's subscriptions, and validating that one exists with this service's callback would help as another auth validation step
