Allow users to configure their own rewards to trigger song queuing

Right now, it is just rudimentary and expects the user reward to have TwitchSongRequests in the title of the reward. Users should be able to pick their own custom rewards without needing to create/modify one for this. Ideally, we could query for their existing rewards and let them pick a specific one.

Okay so #133 identified that although this is viable, it isn't a great experience. I'm going to untag this from the milestone and revisit it at some point. This likely would also require a change in user scopes which is a whole other issue
