Track number of users

Spotify only allows a limited number of users. Should add an SVG badge that displays the number of allowlisted users. This helps me keep track of how many users there are, and also how many more users I can onboard

I don't think this is worthwhile. There's nothing stopping people from authorizing, so there's no automated way to track this. I did add a stat API handler regardless to count the total number of songs I queue
