Custom keyword ranking is now available for Sponsored Products in the US on the Amazon Advertising API

Advertisers in the US can now customize how their keywords are ranked for their Sponsored Products through the Amazon Advertising API. You can use custom keyword ranking in keyword targeted campaigns to rank keywords by: estimated clicks; estimated conversions; or a default that combines multiple metrics. You can rank your targeted keywords, recommended keywords, or a combination of both. Ranked keyword recommendations include keyword match type and recommended bid. When you submit your targeted keywords for ranking, you have the option to provide a match type and bid, and those values will be used for ranking. If you do not provide match type or bid, we will include the values used to rank with the results. Recommended keywords can also be translated into a language that is supported in a user’s country.
