jemalloc 5.3.0 is not supported

Hi !

We have been running jemalloc 3.6.x on Scalingo for 2+ years and wanted to try 5.3.x to see if there are improvements in memory allocation for our Ruby app.

Deploy works up to 5.2.1 but not 5.3.0.
