[BUG] Manual movement does not respect the speed slider

Describe the bug
When manual movement or auto movement is used, the speed value is ignored.

To Reproduce
Set the speed to 255 and manually move. It moves only based on the selected movement type.

Expected behavior
It should move 70 m (distance for one second) if the speed is 255.
