IOS 15.7.9 not working

Pretty much i decided to find my ipad mini 4 and use it instead of my iphone x as I had accidentally updated it to ios 17. The latest version it can be updated to is 15.7.9, and even though locationsimulator says it supports the IOS version, i still get the ios 17 error. Here is a screenshot

UPDATE for some reason it works now and this isn't an actual bug
