Unfortunately the approach that this API takes is flawed and there's not a lot that can be done about accounts getting blocked. As the disclaimer in the README states, you should use this library at your own risk.
Please don't open issues complaining that your account is blocked, this is a known issue and I will likely close them. Sorry!
If you have a bug fix that prevents some cases of getting blocked by more closely modeling the interaction of the browser with fb servers, feel free to make a self-contained PR containing the fix. Thanks!
Otherwise, any actionable ideas of how to improve this can be shared in this issue.
For what it's worth - Seems like this is only happening for me on certain IPs. Switching IPs, or if local trying to use phone tethering can sometimes work
