Following up on #106, there appears to be unusual area swept numbers reported by NOAA. Waiting for confirmation. Afterwards:
- Should add 2023 to dropdowns in the visualization.
- Update the example notebook.

Just updating this... area swept still appears to be potentially incorrect in FOSS. Know that friends are working on this though and will check back again later.
