It is better to use AppData/Local for large files and caches

The difference between AppData/Roaming and AppData/Local is that the roaming version is copied along when roaming profiles are in use (Not very common really), while the local folder is kept local. So config files are support to go into roaming while caches, downloads, large files, and so on, are supposed to go into local.
