Viewpart actions sometimes disappear when dragging views

Describe the bug

When dragging a view to the center of its viewpart (that is the view's current viewpart), the actions associated with the viewpart sometimes disappear.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the testing app
  2. Open a view
  3. Move that view to the center of its viewpart
  4. Move that view again to the center of its viewpart
  5. See that the plus button for creating new views does not display anymore

Expected behavior

Viewpart actions do not disappear.
