Describe the bug

Clearing the local storage to reset the layout has no effect. When reloading the application, the layout is not reset.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change the layout
  2. Clear the local storage
  3. Reload the app
  4. See that the layout is not reset.

Expected behavior

Clearing the local storage and reloading the app resets the layout.

SCION Workbench version: 16.0.0-beta.4
