Opening the app in multiple windows sometimes overwrites perspectives

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the app in two browsers windows
  2. Activate perspective 1 in the first browser
  3. Activate perspective 1 and then perspective 2 in the other browser
  4. Change layout of perspective 1 in the first browser
  5. Change layout of perspective 2 in the second browser
  6. Close the first browser
  7. Close the second browser
  8. Open the app
  9. See that the layout of perspective 1 was overwritten by closing the second browser
