operator in Dataset

Since measurements are not always done by the users / PI's themselves, knowing the operator of the instrument for the collection of a dataset is useful. This way, if it turns out that all measurements done by a particular operator are not reliable, they can be filtered out quickly.

Currently the measurement creator can be stored under the Dataset field owner. This field could be more accurately renamed as creator as ownership is reflected in the ownerGroup field
