Implement compilation of MST to http://www.jocl.org/ kernels. Implement tensor/nd algebra on top of it.

Use https://github.com/mipt-npm/kmath/tree/dev/kmath-ast/src/commonMain/kotlin/space/kscience/kmath/ast/rendering as a reference compiler implementation.

It is possible that we will need boolean logic in MST for this.
