Show that Kotlin/JS legacy is not supported

Kotlin/JS legacy is not supported, however default KMP library template generates JS legacy target, which leads to incomprehensible errors like 'Could not find kmath-core-0.3.0-dev-17-samplessources.jar'.

We do not plan to support JS LEGACY mode. But it is a good idea to mark it somewhere in documentation as well as a list of supported platforms. Thanks for the issue!
