check that iruby docker build is working smoothly

try.jupyter.org deactivated ruby, we have to fix that. Also this repository should build cleanly in docker.

the sciruby travis-ci build seems to work cleanly

Issue is due to version conflict of nmatrix etc

I also recommend to take a look at the sciruby gem status page to look for outdated dependencies etc http://gems.sciruby.com/
