Prompt user to add new network to their wallets when connecting for the first time

For example, right now, if the user doesn't already have Gnosis Chain in their wallet, and they try switching to it from the network dropdown, nothing happens. Instead it should prompt the user wallet to add the network.

This is also happening for other networks.
