Making a Documentation

I use this Framework a lot and I realized that there is not really a documentation.

And it isn´t that great to scroll through the source code every time to get one function.

So I will write a Documentation for this Framework and it would be great if people can help and contribute to the docs!

There is an offical Ts3 query documentation. All functions are named very close to this documentation.
