Change Messaging System

After some beta testing, Messaging is not working out as intended. We need to restructure it a bit for Full Deployment.

My plan is to change it to be a thread per message and then everything else is replies (like emails in a D-List basically).

Also, the way we input people has to be different. I am thinking that a tokenized field would be the best way to go. Then we just add the option to include show groups such as Tech Heads, Cast, etc.
