Load Balancer Events and Probes

Load Balancer events could trigger events and automation. For example Health Probe switching to another node in the LB Backend Pool could also trigger automation changing dependency configuration (this is something that we do manually today by querying logs with latency involved). Would be also easier to do monitoring tools integration by just subscribing to EventGrid.

Thank you @matousrokos for raising this issue. This sounds like valuable functionality for our customers. As we spoke offline we reached out to the Event Grid team and have received onboarding documentation. We are investigating the work required to onboard LB events into Event Grid and will keep this issue up to date on our potential collaboration.

We are working with Matouš offline in mail to see if we can create a temporary alternative to Event Grid through Alerts and Action Groups and will update this issue if we identify a solution.
