Linux: Use system-convention installation

Currently on Linux we install like we're on a Windows machine: All files in one directory.
I would like to have a more Linux-y install:
- Binaries in /usr/local/ or /opt/
- Config in /etc/financial-app/appsettings.json
- Logs in /var/log/
