Enable premium features on F-Droid build

Should we create an F-Droid branch were we enable the premium features? Many F-Droid users are not using the Google services and thus are unable to donate to enable the premium features. I'm doing the same for my own builds.
IIRC actually the premium features are the possibility to hide in dialer, right ?
For me it does not bring enough to be valuable as a premium feature (let's say, it's valuable, but a bit short at this time for a premium concept), so, except if this is financially interesting, let's not focus on this for now and push identical applications to many stores.
Currently it's only the dialer.
I wouldn't mind identical versions in all stores. The financial value does only @Doplgangr know, and thus it's his decision if he wants to switch from "donate to get premium" to "donate to support development".
I have no problem with some premium features in the play store version, but I would vote to at least disable them for F-Droid.
