Selfcontrol not blocking chaturbate.com

This is the only website I'm finding where selfcontrol is having difficulty blocking. There also seems to be a problem with the timer, where if I set the timer for too long a time, then it doesn't seem to block anything, yet the timer is still ongoing and cannot be cancelled.
