Editing hosts file removes block

Editing the hosts file seems to be a pretty easy way to access blocked sites. #57 only applies if you delete the whole block. But if you just leave the # BEGIN SELFCONTROL BLOCK and # END SELFCONTROL BLOCK lines untouched, you can just delete all the website domains listed in between and unblock them.
It would be better if SelfControl periodically checked to see if each blocked website was listed there instead of just checking if the SELFCONTROL BLOCK lines are present

Unfortunately not in the immediate future! My dev time is very limited but PRs are welcome :)

Are there any plans to fix this @ cstigler ( https://github.com/cstigler )
@ slambert ( https://github.com/slambert ) ? It would be fixing a huge bug
in an otherwise perfect application. Thanks!
