[LAYOUT] Sample Dashboard

We have already implemented Sidebar #21 and after implementing the app header #52 - we can proceed to create a sample view of a dashboard.
Should consist of
- Sidebar with sample items with Selleo logo
- App header with user on the right side
- Content area can be empty but visually diffrent to diffrentiate it from the rest of the layout
