details file - 'type' column

The values of the 'type' column in the details file are all 'not significant'. For those values with a direction of "UP" or "DOWN", the type should be 'score', 'contra', or 'ambiguous', (or maybe 'NA' in those cases where the direction assigned to the mechanism is 0).
