How to build docs with custom theme

Hello. I'd like to build the docs with my custom theme. Mainly, I'd like to build server/documents/kitchen-sink.html.eco so I can demo the theme with my colleagues. What would be the best way to do this?

ah nevermind. If you have a custom theme it seems to be picked up by default. Thanks.
