Story:

  1. Create a vocab in Neologism
  2. Download TTL
  3. Edit TTL offline (e.g., via text editor)
  4. Upload TTL again and proceed in Neologism

Add a new "Import vocab" button that creates a new vocabulary based on a TTL upload. We support the same features as in the export. A validation report will be shown to the user (alter box) if there are any errors or problems.

When creating the vocabulary graph, please apply some simple placement approach (i.e., align the classes somehow useful).
