Mobile/Desktop view art boards

For now it's just a discussion, not a concrete issue to implement yet. Want to hear people's thoughts first.

I made this. It's in SVG, which makes it simple to insert and manipulate.

There are a couple of places I think it can be inserted.

Firstly, it's 16:9, so it can serve as a mobile version for docusaurus main page.

Secondly, I was planning making 2 more of panels like these, which will make 3 in total. There are cool design options we can have. For example - panels that tell about features of telescope. This is what I have in mind, just as a quick idea demonstration:

As you either scroll, or hover them - they expand and show you more information. With a nice animation, of course

Just an idea what you could do with them. You can also then add some layering and parallax effects eventually, maybe they could slightly move as you hover.

Question to maintainers: Where do we put this?

I want y'all to discuss our options and ideas. Where? How?

And let me know if you have thoughts on what to put in the other 2 panels. So far I thought we can have a larger and more detailed telescope on some simplistic background. And we can have some forest with mountains. The theme and color scheme should stay about the same. Could also make a sattelite in space (as a tribute to Satellite microservice).
