Getting an error when job creation place holders are submitted without entering values

This error is related to job creations inside companies.
This occurs when placeholders are submitted without entering any value (by clicking 'submit')

Below is the error occurred

 Runtime Error : org.luaj.vm2.LuaError: King_seniru#5890.lua:638: attempt to compare __lt on nil and number

The bug was fixed and those changes will take effect in master branch after merging 'effects' branch!
