Ensure generated CLI for releases is simply called "dfm"

The name of the bin file is what the cli command will essentially be. At the moment the file is called "dfm-cli-mac/windows/unix". Instead we should be creating a zip file with this name and the file inside is the CLI bin file with the name "dfm".

Will also need to update the installation instructions to include unzipping.
