U14 footprint silkscreen outline is too large

Please shrink the footprint outline of U14 such that it is closer to the actual device size. It extends an extra 10-20% on the REV D layout.

Pulled down top line a bit, pushed out left line a little, pulled in bottom line a little. Should match real outline now.
