I know this is extremely niche but Alpakka goes so well with your project that, I think, it would be a delightful tribute for it to have native support and preset in the settings. It would also help to promote it

Moved the issue to InputPlumber, as this is where we will add that.

This is a really cool project and I'm very intrigued. I briefly looked at it and I have a couple questions.

  • Is this already supported in the Linux Kernel, or are there efforts to do so?
  • What protocol do these devices typically use?
