Import Platform not working on Eclipse Neon (4.6.0)

The Import Platform is not working on Eclipse Neon.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Import Platform wizard.
  2. Select the platform path.
  3. Click on Finish.

Whenever the Finish button is clicked, the wizard remains open and nothing happens.
