"Exception while invoking endpoint https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/root." When trying to add "The Landing" to Tenant from Look Book

Describe the issue
When clicking "Add to your tenant" from https://lookbook.microsoft.com/details/c9300e94-6e83-471a-b767-b7878689e97e get the following error:
Sorry, something went wrong
There was an unexpected issue.
Exception while invoking endpoint https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/root.
This isn't unique to this template, no matter which one we try to add, the error occurs. This is right after clicking 'Add to your tenant'.
Expected behavior
SharePoint Provisioning service to add the template to the tenant.
Details (please complete the following information):
- Reference Template: https://lookbook.microsoft.com/details/c9300e94-6e83-471a-b767-b7878689e97e
- Are you using a Tenant Global Admin account to provision the template: Yes
Additional context
- Home site is a Hubsite
- Have confirmed our account has permissions to the site, as per the last post on #411
- Emptied site recycle bin

Resolved, account needed access to the Root site, not necessarily the Home site.
