Describe the issue
Trying to provision Learning Pathways through https://lookbook.microsoft.com/details/3df8bd55-b872-4c9d-88e3-6b2f05344239, after a short while the provisioning fails with the message "Unfortunately your site provisioning at least partially failed!"
Expected behavior
Provisioning of Learning Pathways site collection and content.

Additional context
We have tried more than once, even changing the URL and cleaning up anything that might be left from the first attempt. No different results.
