I installed shark from git, but I didn't find shark/Algorithms/Trainers/CARTTrainer.h file.

that got removed quite some time ago, I think. We only have the RFTrainer

Could you tell me, where? To my knowledge, it is:
there is no cart tutorial on the tutorial page and the model and trainer sections do not include it any more.
